By placing an order with Chihuo Diary, you agree to the following terms:
1. Orders & Payment
• All orders must be placed at least 1–2 days in advance
• Orders are only confirmed after full payment is received
• We do not accept unpaid reservations
2. Cancellation & Changes
• No cancellation or refund once payment is made
• No changes to delivery date, address, or items after confirmation
• Postponement may be considered with at least 2 days notice, subject to availability
3. Product Nature
• All products are freshly made upon order
• Slight variations in appearance may occur as all items are handmade
4. Delivery
• Delivery is handled via third-party services (e.g. Lalamove / Grab)
• Delivery time: 2pm – 4pm
• Default drop-off location: lobby / guardhouse
• Redelivery charges will apply if recipient is unavailable
5. Risk & Responsibility
• We ensure proper packaging before dispatch
• We are not responsible for minor damages caused during transit
